A-Up Sourcing is your boots-on-the-ground sourcing and product development partner in Vietnam. We work with international retailers, wholesalers, and growing brands to take the hassle out of manufacturing overseas.
“A-Up” is a Northern English greeting, a friendly way of saying “hi, how are you?”. It reflects our style, no-nonsense, warm, and straight to the point.
Our founder’s a Northerner who swapped the grey skies for an alternative life. He started out in Hong Kong and China before settling in Vietnam a decade ago. With over 15 years of experience living and working in Asia, our founder brings a grounded understanding of both global buyer expectations and how to get things done locally.
We’re not a big agency with layers of overhead, and that’s intentional. We keep our team tight-knit but punch well above our weight thanks to an extensive network of trusted factories, craft villages, inspection companies, and logistics partners across Vietnam. That lean set-up means lower costs, faster responses, and a personal approach most big firms can’t match.
